Shipping policy

Phew! That was a lot to read! I have to say Thanks for waiting! I know everyone hates waiting but being as honest as I can possibly be? You won't be waiting long. Just put those orders on priority! First off, I recommend you read this Shipping and Delivery Policy so you're notified on how we do sthing with shipping and orders.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing and shipping orders can not be done on favorites days or national holidays.
  • There is a possibility that processing orders depend on a time of high demand.

Shipping Costs

When shipping you may notice that we have a shipping method that can offer free shipping, if that's an option, we will ship that.

Order Tracking

Do you know what a ship has? They have an anchor as a tracking system. The ship is supposed to sit there until your receive a confirmation that you can check on your ship. Just know, there is a 2-5 day grace period from us. Your order will take that long to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We will provide assistance to you if your order has exceeded the estimated shipping.

Shipping carriers will grant replacement or refunds for packages they deem lost. We will too.

Incorrect Address

Double check that your shipping address is correct. If an order is shipped to an incorrectly entered address, we are not responsible.

Split Shipments

Please be aware that working with many suppliers and fulfillment centers means that each order placed may arrive with multiple packages.
